JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Armundia Group is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Software Developer to join its team in L’Aquila.

The selected candidate will be involved in technological evolution projects for enterprise platforms, with the opportunity to work on complex architectures and develop both backend (Java) and frontend (React) skills within a stimulating environment focused on professional growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing software components in a Java Enterprise environment
• Contribute to the modernization and migration of legacy modules to modern frameworks and technologies
• Develop new backend and frontend features
• Perform testing, debugging, and code documentation activities
• Actively collaborate with the team to ensure product quality and consistency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software development
• Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming
• Technical high school diploma in IT or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Interest in or experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Spring Boot)
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
